Carbide Depot Product Offering: We offer a limited segment of the Kyocera SGS product line, which includes only solid carbide end mills and drills. We have all uncoated tools listed on our Web site, but we offer Ti-Namite-A (AlTiN) as our only coating option because it has demonstrated superior or at least equal performance on almost all workpiece materials, and because stock availability is much better.
Shipping: Kyocera SGS products drop-ship from their warehouse in Ohio straight to our customers. In-stock ground or Blue orders placed before 2:30pm CDT ship same day, otherwise next day, but Red next day air orders must be in by 1:15 CDT.
Backorders: On UPS Red or Blue orders, if the item is temporarily out of stock, we will attempt to contact you as soon as we are confirmed (usually same day, at worst the following day) to give you the option of waiting, substituting, or canceling. On UPS Ground orders, if the item cannot be shipped within a week, we will email you promptly with those options.
Items not on Website: We can supply all standard stock Kyocera SGS products. Please let us know if you do not see a standard stock item with an EDP# on our Web site and we will add it for you.
