Carbide Depot Return Policy

Carbide Depot allows customers to return items purchased from us subject to the following conditions:

To make a return, IT IS NO LONGER NECESSARY to email us an RGA form for prior approval.

No credit will be issued for NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS. Type the SKU# into our Web site and verify that "NON-RETURNABLE" is not in the description. NON-RETURNABLE items shipped back to us will not be returned and no credit will be issued.

Only complete packs of new, unused, resalable items in original, undamaged packaging are acceptable for return. Partial packs, used items, or items in damaged or altered packaging shipped back to us will not be returned and no credit will be issued. Click here for examples of non-returnable items

New: In addition to the above restrictions, products from Mitsubishi Materials and Kyocera Precision Tools are NO LONGER acceptable for return if the package seals have been broken in any way. This is a policy that has recently been established by the manufacturers, Mitsubishi Materials and Kyocera Precision Tools, and does not apply to products from the other manufacturers we represent.

Returnable items received in less than 30 days will be credited purchase price less a 5% processing fee.

Returnable items received between 30 and 90 days will be credited purchase price less a 25% restocking charge.

Items received after 90 days will not be returned and no credit will be issued.

If Carbide Depot or manufacturer's fault you will receive a full credit.

Because our inspections sometimes fail to identify used tools or unmatching part numbers, we do not issue credits until we receive credit approvals from our suppliers. So PLEASE ALLOW 30-60 DAYS for your credit to be issued back to your card before contacting Carbide Depot.
